Job Description
- Managing the full spectrum of recruitment from business development, sourcing of candidates, fulfilment of job orders and after sales support.
- Engaging new client for the business
- Achieve individual and company’s sales targets.
- Ensuring a seamless delivery of permanent & contract recruitment solutions to clients
- Provide professional advice to clients and candidates in regards to the whole process of recruitment.
- Coordination of interviews arrangement between clients and candidates.
- Job Posting on advertisement websites to attract potential candidates.
- Service existing clients and to source for new business as required.
- Established clients rapport and loyalty through service quality
- Other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirement
- Passionate in HR recruitment
- Keen to work in a sales environment
- Must be driven and motivated
- Comfortable with fast paced working environment
- Able to work beyond office hours.
- Strong communication skills
Working hours/Location
- Monday to Friday
- 9am to 6pm
- Fully Commision Based
- Up to 20 days of AL
