Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain business applications to ensure they are running smoothly in order to support the company’s long term goals.
- Provide technical support for business applications including studying and implementing change requests.
- Responsible for system development life cycle including application development, implementation and post implementation review.
- Assist in impact analysis, technical design, quality review and testing of program codes, conduct system integration testing, user acceptance testing and implementation.
- Develop, implement and provide user support for software interfaces, modifications, enhancements and reports.
- Might be required to perform application development using Java, MS .Net, MYSQL and MS SQL.
- Provide technical support to all users either in person, via phone or remote support.
- Provide technical support for software used by the Firm. This includes scripting and programming.
- Provide technical support for all hardware devices in the Firm.
- Identify and escalate situations / requests / incidents requiring immediate attention to appropriate personnel.
- Provide timely updates to end users.
- Identify and document solutions and workarounds.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advance / Higher Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Computer Studies / equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Has experience with workflows, SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerBI and SQL Query.
- Preferably executives specialising in SharePoint or Python scripting language with additional technical support experience.
- Knowledge of server and network administration is an added advantage.
