Technology Architect

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• To drive the vision and strategy for technology architecture, application architecture, and
• infrastructure architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Provide technology guidance to IT initiatives across the region
• Lead development and definition of Target Architecture comprising technology principles,
• conceptual architecture, technology roadmaps and standards
• Define and govern technology standards, best practices, and principles to ensure IT initiatives are aligned to the target technology architecture. Rationalize technology land-scape and optimize cost of IT.
• Drive proof of concepts, and evangelize emerging technologies with the Group, and driveinnovation through tech enabled business solutions.
• Conceptualize and drive technologies for cloud solutions
• Govern and manage technology inventory and adoption for the Group
• Conduct annual and ad-hoc assessment on architecture risk for applications and infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Management Information Systems,Statistics, or any other related field.
• A solid track record within a similar sized Financial Services Provider or Bank, preferably within the ASEAN region
• At least 5 years’ experience in cloud technology and infrastructure including significant experience in leading and managing large scale technology environments
